We're team players
Every athlete gets 1 free photo per game. Open your game's gallery, pick your favorite, tap Get this one free, add your number and your Instagram or TikTok, and promise to tag @rivalimaging. Once Michael approves it, your download unlocks. Please don't screenshot the gallery. The real one looks better anyway.

The gallery won't load
Fields are rough on cell signal. Give it a few seconds, then refresh the page. If your phone is hanging on to a weak Wi-Fi network, like the school's, turn Wi-Fi off and try again.
If the game just started, the first photos may not be up yet. Each gallery opens as soon as they are, and some games post the same evening instead.
I can't find my kid
Check that you picked the right game, then type the number on the jersey your kid is wearing today.
Photos go up as the game goes, so the shot you're waiting for may still be coming. Check back at the next break.

The photo looks blurry
That's the preview. Previews are small and watermarked on purpose, so a photo of your kid can't be lifted off the page. The photo you buy is full size with no watermark.
How do I save it to my phone?
After you pay, PLACEHOLDER: what the buyer sees after paying (a Download button, an email link, or both).
If the photo opens in your browser, press and hold it, then tap Save to Photos on an iPhone or Download image on Android.
Save it right away, since the gallery comes down 48 hours after the final whistle. Lost it anyway? Send us the email you paid with and we'll resend it.
Why did the price change?
Photos are $2.99 each while the game is going. After the final whistle, they're $5 each. It's the same full-size photo either way.
